As you probably know Java is in hot demand at the moment, especially with the news that it is going open source.
This means big $$$ for you guys.
I have contract and permanent positions in Sydney and Melbourne at all levels of development and management.
The most wanted skills are Java and J2EE combined with some framework experience and database experience, as well as the web languages.
