I realise that you must get at least 50 ppl a day asking you to teach them java. All i ask for though is for a little help, myself and a freind are wanting to begin work on a number of java programs, which we hope to evolve into a larger and more significant one in the future. Unfortunatly neither of us have a clue. As soon as we can get started we intend to figure out what we need to from trial and error(it worked for flash and basic) So, if you could, could you tell me what we need to start, ie a program of some kind to write in java, and secondly could you direct me to a tutorial for beginners. thanks
