Just going through the final steps to install stuff. My modified directions to install Debian Etch into VMWare leave soem unselected, such as OpenOffice, and others I have do a full download via apt-get or aptitude. Not bad for a beta3 installer.

Some of the weird stuff is I do not have synaptic, so will have to get that installed. Well it helps me focus while awaiting interviews this week.
