As you kow Subclipse now recommends that you download or update to 1.2.x to get SVN functionality in Eclipse Callisto 3.2. Accoridng to the the changelog we get support for:

file protocol
NTLM authentication
some support for linked resources


The new udate site for this Callisto based subclipse is:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.2.x

Of course when the subversion 1.4.0 release becomes offical than you will see the svn-javahl.jar libary released for yrou platform and an offical subclipse 1.2.0 release.
