Well, at least OSX dock effects come to my Xspot application on Android. It solves the menu and scrolling issues on  touch screen mobile device somewhat quite well actually. The menu floats and adjusts when you scroll. The video should be up this afternooon.

That is what I notice missing from most mobile applications targeting touch screen devices is the handling of the issues of menu and scrolling interactiosn so that user is not making  extra movements to navigate.
