HijackThis is indespensible if you are forced to maintain Windows machines which run Internet Explorer. This application saved me hours of frustration today by locating a rogue toolbar which had installed itself in one of the employee's web browsers. Personally I use Mozilla so I don't have these kinds of problems, but it was nice to have access to a tool which made it easy to help those that do.
