If you have both Mozilla and Netscape installed on windows do not instal Netscape 7.! It gives you the famous xpcom.dll errrors seen in some prior Netscape versions. Install Mosilla1.4 instead. As far as I can tell the installer for Netscape mistakenly does not install several dlls including xpcom.dll.

It couldbe with movement of several dlls to the common files location in the Programs Folder; that AOL may have goofed up in some of their install scripting scripts
