In December, I gave a talk to a group of young new hires / graduates at my company, under the auspices of the Young Management Consultants Association (yes, the YMCA -- don't ask me).  They shot a low-fi video (which cuts the last 30 seconds or so off at the end, as well), so as a record of the event it's not perfect.  But the talk got a lot of good feedback, and I keep getting asked about it since, so I figured I'd throw it out where I can point to it; email a link.
