A while ago I tried to host some of my open source projects on Tigris.  It didn't go very well (couldn't even get access to the CVS server and never got a response from the administrator) so I switched over to SourceForge.  Never looked back.

Interestingly enough, tonight I was downloading the latest version of TortoiseSVN from the Tigris website.  Since Tigris uses CollabNet for their backend, I was surprised to get sent over to SourceForge for the download.  I'm sure they're using it since SourceForge has a large infrastructure and tons of mirrors, but I thought it was interesting none-the-less.  Kind of ironic that a competing open-source portal uses another site for its downloads.  Hmmm...
