To answer Rob's email and share with everyone else; the demo of TFS Beta 3 at Code Camp IV the next morning went flawlessly. Everything has been super stable so far so I have decided to convert my consulting company's projects and clients on to it to do some more intense dig-fooding and learning. So far, I have migrated several clients and code bases without any issues.
