I deleted yesterday's post because it stopped right away and became sunny but this morning I awoke to a couple of inches and ice. Good, time for my truck! The problem is everyone else acting like its North Carolina out there and not New England. My friend reports 20 miles to the East in Derry NH the town shut down, kids out of school and her husband unable to get into Boston because of a flipped over tractor trailer truck on Interstate 93 as well as more snow there. Why do people become idiotic on the road with a few inches? Here is the pleasent report for what I have to face on Rt. 3. Notice the amount of time to go a whopping 12 miles:

Rte. 3 South (I-495 to Rte. 128/I-95)
Minor multi-vehicle accident Traffic is at a standstill off-ramp to Exit 25: Rte. 128/I-95. Closed, ramp.

Rte. 3 South (NH Line to I-495)
Heavy congestion Multiple accidents between Exit 1: Spit Brook Rd., NH S and Exit 30: I-495. Slippery road. Reduce speed.

Current Travel Times:
Southbound: 71 minutes

This is New England, not North Carolina-)
