It appears that the XInclude.NET 1.2 download that showed up on MSDN downloads is actually an open source implementation built on GotDotNet workspaces, and not a 'Microsoft" implementation as I incorrectly stated in my "mindless link propogation", .NET Nightly 150. It is now corrected.
