Spotted in The creation of a new order of things. I think I should clarify what I meant when I said I thought Antony had bitten off more than he could chew.

What I was specifically talking about was his exceptional work in replacing DLLCC with different C calling mechanisms.

What I meant by biting off more than he could chew was the effort required to go from exploratory C interface to full production ready C calling mechanism to replace the existing one for all customers.

I didn't mean in any way that I disagree with what he's doing or has done. I think it's great.. the more the merrier. I love seeing this sort of work because it shows a potential path and direction that the product could go down and may be even leverage the code that's been written.

Keep up the great work Antony, I love reading your blog and seeing the things you've done. I, in general, think what Antony is doing with LLVM may be a very good direction to go in.. time will tell :)
