I've pulled the Facebook feed from the update stream, because of a problem with the interaction at Bf startup. The problem is as follows, in the startup sequence:

  • System loads feeds
  • System loads plugins

This is a problem, because the plugin defines subclasses to hold the FB feed/items. That causes Bf to fail on load, and backstroke to the last good save. This is kind of a problem :)

I'll do a new 7.6 based build, but I think I'll hold off on the formal release of the plugin until I get to the next release of BottomFeeder, which will be after VW 7.7 ships.
