Friday at ESUG seems to have gotten two traditions of late: John O'Keefe gets the morning slot for VA, and Cincom gets the last one for ObjectStudio news. Right now, John is talking about the work they've done to support Seaside. The big problem (still) is the lack of continuation support, as VA doesn't expose that functionality out of the VM. What that means is that classic Seaside workflow isn't supported in VA. To be fair, that's mattering less over time as more and more Ajax is being used in Seaside (the online search app we we have on our site doesn't use continuations, for instance).

The other big focus of late has been the inclusion of the VA Assist tools (the former add on toolset for VA) into the core product. Here's John getting started:
