I'm getting ready to work on i18n and l10n issues in OpenInteract2 and this is the first installment of resources for localization in Perl. Today we have two Perl genius entries. The first is a TPJ article from Sean Burke (four years old but still useful), the second a TPC presentation from Autrijus Tang.
