The source and binaries are no longer available directly at artima.com because they have been released under SCSL. According to the SCSL, you must be a signatory to the SCSL before you can access source and binaries distributed under the SCSL. Given that you must agree to the SCSL before you can log on to jini.org to access the ServiceUI API download page (at the above URL), making everyone go through a page at jini.org fulfills that requirement of the SCSL.
