i have installed jdk1.2 on "D:" drive and now whenever i try to run my java program from anywhere in my hard disk it shows "bad command or file name".due to this i have to save my program in the folder whose path is "D:\jdk1.2\bin" and only then it compiles and executes.
i would be highly oblige if you could mail me the solution to this problem.i would like my program to run and execute my program from anywhere in my hard disk.my operating system is windows 98.
