Problem with cookies in java sound

Dear friends
hi!
Friends i m working of voice conferencing using java sound api.My Package contains 8 different classes for different purposes like one for recording, one for playing sound etc. When i run this as an apllication (By modifying it) it works fine.
But the problem appears when the same code is executed as an applet.The main problem is when i start the applet the Java Console shows that " Opening .... file with cookie "
Similarly each time i start recording it gives the same message and starts opening cookies again.This causes a lot of time waste.
So anyone pls tell me why it again and again open cookies and how can i stop it without compromising with the sound quality and all other things.Because opening cookies delays the recording thread.
Pls solve my query ...
