Well the System.out.println translate the String into ASCII.
So to get � in your console, you should have the corresponding
symbol in you ASCII table (or a font in your console that
substitute another symbol to �).
Note that the JVM use the country
code of your system to determine which ASCII to use.
You can't use unicode in the console
