Accessing Components within JInternalFrame

Hi there...

Basically what i'm trying to do is get an image from a JLabel within a JInternalFrame - i've tried several unsucessful ways and any help would be greatly appreciated....

so far i've tried to get an array of components, but still had difficulty with grabbing the image....
