simple ejb question

hi
i am trying my hand at ejb using blazix server.i have created the jar file for all the home,remote,bean files as generated by the wizard.
but when i try to compile it with blxejbc (blazix ejbcompiler)
it gives an error that noclassdeffoundexception:desisoft/ejbtools/ejbcompiler.class
i have set the blazix installation directory in the classpath as well as path but of no help.
any help is highly appreciated.
