WindError.java in TIJ 2nd edition?

Hello. I'm working through EVERY excercise in Thinking In Java, second edition
and I've run into a problem with excercise 25, chapter 8. The excercise asks
one to 'Repair the problem in WindError.java'. The problem is that I can't find
WindError.java anywhere in the text. I know I should just skip the problem, but
I'm just not wired up that way :) If anyone knows where the code he's referring
to is or could tell me definitively that it doesn't exist I'd really
appreciate it. Thanks in advance. -Jason
