No-caching applets

Hello,

How can I do, if I would like to load from the SERVER, the applets,
as many times as necessary without closing the browser window.
I mean, I do not want to get the cache class file, once it
has been loaded.

If there is a refresh in the browser, I would like to load
from the server the applet again,

I have tried meta html tags or php header, and even it works with
all the page data, it does not work with .class files.
