i recieved 2 bad downloads. the third is ok but i only have smiley face's next to some of my contact's. how will i know when they are online? i don't know if this is a problem or not. also i had one heck of a time trying to find help. if i had not gone to bottom of page i probably would never have found tech support. but now i know how to find. if you could solve my little problem i would be greatfull.
