let me explain my situation, actually i wanted to execute some dos/Unix commands thru java prg .i tried thru runtime but its not executing. as i am trying it in a rmi client by passing parameters. i got an idea of using batch files but how to pass from the client to execute the rmi server method with the runtime command executing.
pls give me ideas.
