Please Help

When I try to run an application for creating the data base using oracle net8 easy configuriration. I get an application error that reads as follows

The instruction at "0x01bfda04" referenced memory at "0x000000004." The memory could not be "Written"
click on ok to terminate the application
click on cancel to debug the application
