FTP Client in java

dear reader,
i am new to FTP server. i had to develope a FTP client in java which uploads and downloads files from a ftp server. there is no need of operations whch includes delete,rename etc. i need only login to the ftp server, change to perticular directory, upload a file, change to perticular directory and download a file from that perticular directory. any one have a nowledge of ftp server
can help me by giving suggesstions or help through sending the appropriate code to me.
