Hi, did you ever get any support avenues or answers? I cannot for the life of me get into yahoo or get support. I can't access my account. Don't know the password, dont' know the secret info to have them give me my password. It has been so long. So long ago. And I can't seem to delete the crap so I can set up a new account now that I am an experienced computer and net user. If you know where I could turn, please send me an E.
