Loading classes???

How can i use the ClassLoader to load a class that is no in the same derectory of the principal Class.
For example,
i load an appelt that is in the directory c:\main\
but then I want to use the ClassLoader to load a class that is in the directory c:\otherDirectory\

how cain i do that???
