Is it posible to create a classLoader in one applet???

hi..
somebody knos if it's posible to create a classloader into one applet...
i creat a class that extends of the system classloader... but when i run the applet it gives me an error of securityexception
checkcreateClassLoader...
my question is if there a permision in netscape or explorer for create a classloader...
