Sir ,
I am working on a crucial project in java language .
Basically it is an Complete Internet Application .I am having a problem
regarding this .Surely, I Hope you can suggest some solution to my problem.
I want to Know what are the measures we have to take while coding , so as to make the application completely platform independent .
once we have made an application completely ,
There would be some draw backs when we down load an application
on different platforms like mac,linux,solaris,Windows N.T ,... e.t.c
what measures are neccesary to make it run similarly on all platforms .
Any how there would be some precautions or measures one has to take
while coding an application in java particularly to make it completely
platform independent .
I just want to know all such measures one has to take while coding .
please do list them .
Becuase i want to code completely in java only

please do sugget make suggestions from your side ...
