Hai everybody ...

1. I would like to know, what the strong points JAVA language upon TCL-base scripting language (TCL, TK, Incr TCL, Expect)".

2. I would like to know, what the weak points JAVA language upon TCL-base scripting language (TCL, TK, Incr TCL, Expect)".

3. If I want to build a Framework for Telecomunication Network Management's application, which langage I should choose.

please give me as many reason as you can to answer those questions.
