Are you using JSP? It sounds like you are trying to create an output stream where you allready have one. Sive if you have any printwriter declarations that are duplicates..

Or you are trying to create a printwriter within a jsp which allready has an implied out writer. Just use out.println or similar within your jsp to write to the page...
