java web server is not running

I havejdk1.2, jsdk2.0, java web server 1.1.3 versions.
Whenever I start my java web server (using httpd from command
prompt), it is giving following message.

Java Web Server Error: can't start service adminservice
java.net.socketException:option unsupported by protocol at
java.net.PlainSocketImpl.create(PlainScoketImpl.java:77)

Server exited with code 1;
