Java Class to a EXE

Hello,
I have seen some questions and answers how a Java class file can be converted to a .exe. But i expect that those answers are not clear.
Can anyone tell how a class file can be converted to .exe
(Usally VJ++ has a tool to do this, but Microsoft support for JDK2+ is taken. So it is not useful
Also i heard that Visual Cafe has this facility, but it was not clear)
