Need Help Creatinh JButton Code

Hi there , i need help in creating a very simple piece of code that does the following ... The code must do the following 3 things :

1) It must create a button with the label "Press Me" on it.
2)When pressed the label changes to "Thank you for pressing me".
3)At the same time of the press a label appears jus below the button and says"You have jus pressed the button above".
