Anyone get the Downloading from Servlet working?

I started out the sample code provided by some kind person in this "trail" and have run into the same issues. I have set the filename like so:
res.setHeader("Content-Disposition","attachment; filename=\"" + "test.txt" + "\";");

and have tried various params options, but from the download dialog box I get either "nullnull" or "nulltest" or fileDownload.
If any one of folks got this working , would you send your source to me and the params you are using at the url?
