I'm sure many people are thinking "The CLR has been here for a while hasn't it?".  Well, for the database world the CLR is a new concept, and Yukon's support for the CLR will provide database developers and database administrators with new capabilities.  Check out my new article on CLR integration with Yukon (subscriber's link) in the new edition of SQL Server Magazine.  The timing is just right for the PDC, hope to see you there.
