We discovered that the "missing button" problem (which appeared on several posts), was not really missing buttons, but centered buttons on a very, very wide window. The really wide window was caused by an unmached html <pre>, which results in a very long line of unwrapped text. The buttons are there, you just have to scroll, scroll, scroll to the right.

Also, if you come to the bay area (I don't know where the next JavaOne is, but it is usually in SF), then I'll treat you to a banana mocha at the Los Gatos Coffee Brewing Company ... but you may never be satisfied with tea again!
