Hi,
I went to developp an application to make some test
I must determine number of dial up to have a succesful connection when we call a modem, to
calculate the necessary time when i download a file (.html) and to determine the transfert time when
i use the command ftp to download file.
has any one an idea to realise this tasks using Java. or if u suggest another tools
