downcast failed

I atempted to downcast an Object returned by Field.get in an Object
of type correct. Object.getClass return the expected value, but
cast fail. I don't understand this. Moreover, the same class
don't work in parameter argument of Method.invoke.
This class has only a field of class java.util.Hashtable. Everything
work with this object...
