Urgent: I can't start Jini in Win2K

Hi all,

I'm a student. I've an essay an programming works using Jini. But I can't start Lookup Service.I use JDK1.3, Jini1_0_1, Win2K. I can start Web Server, I can't start RMID and Lookup service. I tried:
1 Install Microsoft Loopback Adapter.
2 Using real IP address
3 Trying start Lookup Service when I was connected Internet via my ISP.
but the problem still exsists.
When I started RMID I had: java.io.IOException: CreateProcess, rmid error=2
and Lookup service: refuse to connect to ....

Pls help me !
