Indeterminate Heuristics
Bozomind's Laws of Humor
by Dale Asberry
April 6, 2004
Summary
An aside to some interesting observations I've made.

First Law:

It's not funny if it doesn't contain a nugget of truth

Second Law:

It'll be funnier if it has an unexpected twist

Aspiring Forms

  1. Make a little jab at someone -- at first it should seem like a compliment, but after a few seconds of closer thinking is realized to be a little ego dunk
  2. Same as above, but include multiple people
  3. The Ultimate: Same as above, but is a stroking of my own ego!
